Tom Price Ferrari 250GTO

Tom Price brings his GTO into turn 11 just as the rain starts to fall Friday. Sears Point Shell Ferrari Historic Challenge. © Dennis Gray 2009. This car was first raced by Pierre Noblet and Jean Guichet in the 1962 Paris Montlhery for a 4th OA. The pair gained a 2nd OA 1C in that years 1000km Nuerburrung followed by Pierre Noblet's 4thOA and 2nd IC at the 12hrs of Reims.

Dennis,
Did you notice that Tom Price had a "meeting" with one of the open wheel GP cars coming out of 6A during morning practice, and broke the left headlight & did some body damage to the left front fender. That was part of a 3-way bumper car incident.
