This is the new GT40R Mk.I racecar doing some relatively low-speed test laps at Sebring International Raceway's 12-hour long course. Filmed during a NASA HPDE program, the car was in a mixed driver/vehicle group. Passing was strictly limited to specific track locations and required a 'point by' from the driver being passed. This car is Superformance chassis number GT40P/2192 and is an HSR-approved racecar. It is registered in the Safir GT40 and Shelby Registries. This particular car was featured in the March 2009 edition of Car & Driver magazine. GT40P/2192 was prepared by Pathfinder Motorsports.
