Hello Stephen.
Exposure is what I need. I have been pace car at a number of events, as well as provided hot laps at events to promote various charities, reward flaggers and add to the spectator enjoyment of vintage events.
Am open to any suggestion that can promote vintage race events and of course, provide more visibility for my Allard.
Cheers,
Stephen,
I joined VRL mere minutes ago, how could I resist?
This looks to be the standard for vintage auto websites,
great job to all for the fabulous photos and videos and site
design.
Will return soon and often.
Hope to meet you at a race in the near future.
Thanks for posting the recent series of videos. I can't wait to see some of the La Carrera drivers compete at the Pikes Peak Hill Climb this summer. Great job on the VRL and myVRL web sites. You and Travis have done an outstanding job.
Dear Stephen,
Thank you so much for your welcome. This truly is the best site I have ever seen! Well done. I noticed you had video capibility with this site as well as a feature that allows me to sync with my flickr account. This is great news!! I am completly sold on your site. It's very professional and the message is clear! I am not that computer literate but your site is by far the easiest to work with. Thumbs up to your developers!!
Stephen -- we had a great time!!! Thank you for dinner. I did realize after dinner that we did not get to know Mary at all. Don't know what she does for work or for play. Apologize to her for us.
All interesting as I jump into your community space, this is really cool and is activating my mind which is scary thing...
I have staged you with Ken as we discussed it may take some time before he circles as he is a traveler.
I was just think your web site would be fun to stage on the BBC as I have been watching Top Gear with my wife for the last couple months.. I could see some of their show being linked into this web site to start a community of vintage cars lovers around the world.
Anyway I think Jeremy Clarkson would connect with this given his passion for fast cool cars check out www.topgear.com, happy to stage let me know your thoughts.
This is by far the best site out there! I have worked with many CTO and CIO and I can say I have never seen anything like this. This is by far better than MySpace or Facebook. I see your developers also included the ability to post video. This is HUGE!! No other site out there has this capability! I wish you the best!!
Dear Bob
1954 Jensen Interceptor - They only made 88 of them. There's probably 3-5 left.
They were the ugliest car, but the first 100+ mph touring car in the UK. Its in Dallas if you're interested.
All the best - S
Hi Stephen - It is really great to hear from you. I have been bugging Kenny for years to get involved in a racing program. I have a little Crossle 35 that I wanted him to try. I also have a Swift DB4 that I have raced in SCCA and a little in HSR. Right now it is short of an engine.
I am looking forward to meeting you. I think there are a lot of opportunities for us in this program.
Hope to see you when you get back.
Tom
Stephen, you said in your comment 'Dear Peter'. Did you mean 'Dear Nick?'. If your comment was about my dog, thanks. He's getting on a bit - almost 13 - but a big part of my racing life which is why I posted him. I need to get a shot of him wearing his checkered flag scarf!

I did this one up in the '80s. During the tie of the miner's strike in the UK I purchased this car along with a few Mercs - 280sl, 230sl, and 250sl.
Many problems to overcome, but as with most restorations patience and resourcefulness are the key.
My web site - Carsonline.com.au was set up primarily to cater for restorers and club activities.
I hope I can get some activity on the site from visitors to these pages.
Regards,
BIll

I changed the forum site in the header to say "sell". Let me know what you think!
