My favourite car was a 1997 ragtop VW Cabrio when living in California. I have to confess I drove it over 105 miles per hour once on the way to perform in a Lexus commercial on a long stretch of empty road to Gorman about an hour north of Los Angeles.
It was 6 AM and the sun had newly risen and the road was empty & safe.
If a CHP officer is reading this, what is the statute of limitations with regards to such a confession. Am I alone with this (hopefully humourous) concern? Am I the only one (not caught) who has done such a thing?
