HI Brian,

I actually have two of them. One is semi restored (it wasn't reglued) now and I use it in hill climbs. It has been the Northwest Hillclimb Formula Continental or Formula Libra champ for the last four years depending on what class they capriciously put me in.

They are HU61 and 62. I am in the middle of restoring the 62 chassis and it is currently entirely disassembled. I am removing the old glue which has crystallized and failed over the years and will reglue and rerivet the entire chassis. I would recommend you do the same as the araldite glue they used does not stand the test of time.

As to body parts they are available from TW MOuldings in England but they are very expensive. I have found a guy here in Oregon who can make the molds from the body parts I have for 61. By the time you calculate the costs for shipping, crating and purchasing it may be cheaper, since two are needed, to have the molds made. I believe there are others out there who want these parts too. WInd screens are easy to make yourself from eighth inch perspex.

Enough for now. You are welcome to come by and see what I have. My email is tony.chilton@gmail.com . Some of the restoration process for 62 is documented here: http://www.lolaheritage.co.uk/history/register/t324/Chilton/T324_01.htm .

I'm looking for a tranny for 61 in case you might know of one.
