Winning 512S - Sebring 1970

This is the winning Ferrari 512S of Ignazio Giunti and Nino Vaccarella at the 1970 12 Hours of Sebring. After his Ferrari was sidelined Mario Andretti drove this car in the remaining minutes to insure victory. They beat the Steve McQueen - Peter Revson Porsche 908/02 by 23 seconds. This car had a V12 engines of 4994cc's. This race was considered one of the best Sebring races ever. Giunti was tragically killed driving a Ferrari 312PB at Buenos Aires in January of 1971.
