20 May 1973, SCCA Regional race, John Motley Moreheads' car, turn 6 I think, Fraley up....race tape ooops on the nose...a Titan fiberglass nose kissed a hewland gearbox that day....in a thunderstorm!!

yep......Robert, through the years, I've told folks many times that driving fords was better than sex. They would look at me like I was crazy.
And we all know that REAL race cars have no fenders!!
