? ?? Does anyone have ANY sort of idea of what this pin is all about?   Except for the big old hairpin where the pits should be, the design looks like a crude Riverside to me.  And then there's the Orange, Californa (never a big player in the racing real estate game to my recollection) reference ... Not to mention R.E. Owen ... who the heck is THAT?.  One more thing, a closinie laple pin for third place?  Any ideas?
