Our MG 1300 as offered on eBay in April 2004

I flew up to Birmingham/UK to view the car as we wanted a small classic for everyday use. Of course, JJW 30K was not as good as described, but appeared reasonable. I knew I paid much more then the UK market-value, but there hardly any MG 1300 in Germany. So I drove back the same day (750 miles) and that it could be vamped up for German road-registration. It ended up in a four year restoration of more than 1,000 hrs and buckets of Euros sank into it.
