On the way to Victory Circle at the 1970 Daytona 24

Pedro Rodriguez brings the winning Porsche 917K into Victory Circle at the 1970 Daytona 24. Leo Kinnunen and several mechanics can be seen riding on top of the car. Late in the race Leo Kinnunen was replaced by Brian Redman because Kinnunen didn't know any English and failed to follow instructions to slow down and conserve the car for the finish. Rodriguez is no longer with us but Leo Kinnunen is although suffering from a variety of health issues. Brian Redman is still going strong and is frequently seen at racing events where racing fans give him a warm welcome.
