This was in practise at Indy in early May 1992. PT hit the wall in turn one. Penske lost 4 of his six PC-21's that May. Amazingly, ours (Chassis #3) was back on the track in less than a month, and took Tracy to his first three podium finishes after this wreck. It had several other "wild rides" before it was retired after the 1993 season.
