Yo,Dale, a righteous ride especially the rallye green paint. 85k may be a bit strong but it does appear to be a good one. I sold them new when I was a kid. Good luck! The accompanying photo is a '67/'68 that I built back then. I'm still trying to find it.
Thanks for your reply Bob, always a Mustang fan but luv'd early camaro's!!! My 69 Z is very nice, runs and drives great!! The way the worlds is? what do you think its value is? as i don't really know? i've only look at current auctions in the USA this year, most have been around 70 to 90K with one identical Camaro but with a cross ram fetching 120K!!! Dale(NZL)
Hey Dale,Mustangs? Must be something in the water down there.Seriously though, the most expensive
'69 Z-28s in Hemmings Motor News -May 09-were 65k-70k. I have always had a problem believing some
of the numbers coming out of auctions, not to mention the sellers fees(10-20%) that are charged. I sold these cars new and the cross ram was a dealer installed option. The only one I ever heard of was my dealer
demo from Jack Head Chev.in Alhambra,Ca. We installed the cross ram and headers. The car was all but impossible to drive on the street. It really looks cool but only works on a competition car.$120,000 sounds like a phone or internet "buyer".
Good luck,my man

Hi Dale,
You might try posting this in the Cars For Sale category on CarProperty.com ... there is a sub category for vintage cars and you can put 20 pictures and 3 digital movies in the posting for a little as $5.00 per month.

Also I would like to invite you to join the Car Property.com Group here on myVRL.com

By the way, I think auction result prices are accurate and not rigged in auctions by well established companies that have a reputation to uphold. The thing about prices is always debateable, but as any true capitalist knows, a piece of property (personal or real) is only worth as much as a willing buyer agrees to pay that a willing seller agrees to accept. Good luck.
