Well folks, they did it. Sixteen racers from RMVR and La Carrera Panamerica conquered Pikes Peak in the "Race to the Clouds" on July 20th, 2008. The vintage car group did a fantastic job learning the twists and turns of this amazing road. Cheered on by thousands of fans, these racers had the grit and determination to take on one of the oldest and most challenging races in the world.

We can't wait to get back to the event next year. There are plans being made to make our second trip in a row even more memorable. The race next year will be on July 19th, 2009 with practice and qualifying the week leading up to the race. Mark it on your calendars, you really don't want to miss it!
Hopefully some of the drivers, crews and fans from the event will add their thoughts to this blog. We would also like to answer any questions you might have about the event.
