 sr .This is an SCCA GTA (Games, Tours, Adventures) rally.  This is no
 t a timed event, except that you do have an overall amount of time to 
 finish the event.  This time will be generous.  There will be no rea
 son to speed.  Any kind of street-legal four-wheel vehicle with at le
 ast two people in the car who can read may enter. We have averaged 27
