DESCRIPTION:SOVREN, the premier vintage racing organization in the Nor
 thwest, holds the first spectator event of the racing season at Pacifi
 c Raceways (PR) each April. This event, the Defrost Kickoff, is preced
 ed on Friday with training for new racers. Two full days of racing fol
 low on Saturday and Sunday, allowing drivers to shake off the winter c
 obwebs and test out their race cars on the track after a winter of pre
 paration. Over 100 cars are expected, with racing taking place from 9:
 00a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. 
 Tickets may be purchased at the gate. Adults are $10 per person, child
 ren 7 to 16 are $5, and children 6 and under are free.\n\nFor more inf
