DESCRIPTION:Clear Blue Sky refers to a beautiful day for a drive in th
 e country.  You will start in Decatur, Texas, take about a 135-mile d
 rive on the beautiful paved roads of Wise County, many in the LBJ Nati
 onal Grasslands, and return to Decatur.  Prime Time refers to the typ
 e of questions we will ask you about the Numbers identifying the roads
  that you encounter as you drive.  A calculator is recommended.  We 
 will score you on how well you answer questions and follow the proper 
 course.  This will be a National SCCA road rally awarding double poin
 ts in the race for the National GTA Rally championship.  •    Re
 gistration will be at La Quinta Inn & Suites at 1405 South Hwy 287, De
 catur, TX 76234, (940) 627-9603.  Ask for \"Sports Car Club of Americ
 a Rally\" for our room rate.  Registration will be open from 7:30pm t
 o 8:30pm (Friday) and will reopen Saturday from 8:30am to 9:30am.  Fi
 rst car out will be at 10:01 am.  We will finish at a restaurant on U
 S287 in Decatur, in their banquet room.•    Any four-wheel, stree
 t legal vehicle with two people who are old enough to read is eligible
  to enter.  Cars built before 1945 may get a little extra time to com
 plete the course.•    Entry fee: $25.00.  SCCA members get a $5.
