Have been supplying the racing and enthusiast community with vintage racing parts and supplies for 40 years (well, actually they weren't vintage parts 40 years ago). DBE specializes in chassis,drivetrain, trim for all Lotus cars and english race cars in general. We are regarded as the difinitive source for all Ford Kent based race engine components (Form Jr. FF, Lotus T/C FB, FA, Cosworth as well as production road car parts for all Lotus cars and English Ford cars imported into the USA. We are located in Central rural California and pride ourselves with our over 90% fill rate for these relatively esoteric applications.
What car(s) do you own?
Lotus 69 FB (T/C), Lotus 69 FA (BDD), Lotus Elan S2, Lotus 7 S2 (in restoration), Lotus 26R S2 (in restoration). Mk 2 Landrover pickup (my ranch vehicle).
What do you like to do (e.g. vintage race with...)?
Vintage race with any group that doesn't let itself evolve into an SCCA clone, which seems to happen from time to time. On the west coast, that leaves SOVREN, HMSA, HSRW, & Gen Racing.
What clubs do you belong to?
HSMA
What would you like to do (e.g. go to race school; get into Vintage Racing)?
Go racing! When ever and where ever they will have me and do not get in my face every time you turn around.
