Profile Information

About Me:: 67 years young, Hillclimbs and autocrosses for 5 decades, started vintage road racing in 2011 in a 1964 Beach Formula Vee. Won my first race in the spring, Finished last at the Glen in september. The car has a wonderful history, Originally raced By Mr Jim Haynes, then owner of Lime Rock, and twice national champion in Formula Junior, 1965 Bahama Speed weeks, also owned by British actor Freddy Bartholomew, Raced on east coast mainly. Many Nationals, Hershey, and other Pa, Hillclimbs in the 60s', 70s' and 2000s'..Found in a barn, and restored to modern safety specs, but Vintage look.

What car(s) do you own?: 1970 Porsche 914/6, 96 Jeep Orvis edition, 95 Chevy Custom Van.

What do you like to do (e.g. vintage race with...)?: Just started Vintage racing my Beach Fv probably the oldest existing Beach Mk5 in the US.

What clubs do you belong to?: SVRA, FRCCA, SCCA, Appalachian Sports car club.

What do you like to do (e.g. go to race school; get into Vintage Racing)?: I Want to try some VRG events this year,, Pittsburgh Vintage Gran Prix, and Lime Rock vintage race .
