I have raced a Fiat-Abarth-Zagato and an Austin Healey 100-4 in the Midwest in the '60's, a Formula V, Formula Ford, and an Alfa Romeo Giulietta F-Production Racer in California in the '70's. I am restoring a vintage SCCA C-Sports Racer with my son Nick Zabel in San Diego. I currently autocross a 1986 Alfa Romeo GTV6 and I am currently the 2011 Regional Executive for the Big Island of Hawaii Region (#112) of the Sports Car Club of America.

Vintage Race the 1990's Vintage Custom Sports Race Car (CSR/DSR).

Beside racing and autocrossing, I work Solo autocross events. I'm a licensed SCCA Solo Safety Steward (SSS) and SSS Instructor. I also enjoy working Timing & Scoring for events.

I wish that I relized you lived on the Big Island, as we spent January over there, and it would have been nice talking to an Alfa guy. Next year for sure. Ralph Veit (1957 spider race car).
